The Radio Faux Show started out during the pandemic as an attempt to formalize playlist sharing with Faux Fan West – the original Faux Show fan! At first, this was accomplished via simply themed Amazon Prime playlists that I would share along with an email of interesting information about the music. This quickly grew into the Radio Faux Show blog, which is now in its third year of existence. All the original playlists have since been provided as blog posts, along with the weekly Faux Shows that I created for about two years. The new Faux Shows of Volume 3 do not follow such regimented scheduling, and the format has changed, but the overall goal of the show has always been the same – provide playlists of music in an informative way. Looking back now, it is obvious that the Faux Show is often an online music magazine as much as a blog. The new format is definitely similar to a multi-media online magazine in its attempt to create multi-part shows that cover a specific topic. I have no idea how the show will continue to evolve, although I can say that the current format is my favorite to create so far.

Throughout the last three years of work on this show, the last show was the 99th official post of what I would consider a Radio Faux Show episode. Making a 100th episode seems like it deserves some sort of special attention, so I have created this super-special 100th Faux Show.

Ms. Faux, Faux Jr., and I have attended a lot of concerts during our life together. Ms. Faux and I have been going to shows for over 25 years, and most of those years have included Faux Jr. as well. This week’s show is a playlist of songs by a selection of the artists we have seen perform live. I’m not providing any text for this one. Enjoy the music.
