The Black Keys: Fever Tree

The new album Ohio Players by The Black Keys was just released. It features several songs co-written with Beck, including “Fever Tree.” This album is going to be destroyed in the press by all of the critics who don’t think that bands should ever evolve. It is 2024, and the sound that the The Black Keys were putting out over 20 years ago is no longer relevant. This new album sounds like music in the 2020s. If you don’t like that, don’t listen. I think it is groovy, and Beck is a perfect artist for the band to select for collaboration.
