Midnight Roma Tomatoes
Ms. Faux and I have a garden. It is not very big, but it is packed with variety. Here is a photo of our Midnight Roma tomatoes. This amazing variety of tomato was developed at Oregon State University and utilizes the same antioxidants found in blueberries. I’ve also included a song that is very “on-the-nose” if anyone would like to take a few minutes to listen to a legend.
