Girl In Red: Doing It Again Baby

Girl In Red (aka Marie Ulven Ringheim) is a young, award-winning Norwegian pop artist. Her second album, I’m Doing It Again Baby!, was released in April. Her sound is a mix of bedroom pop and more contemporary indie-rock. Her songs are not as polished as artists like Olivia Rodrigo, but she sounds comfortable with that. Her sound is much more intimate than Rodrigo, but has just enough energy to bring in mainstream pop/rock fans. This is hook-laden pop/rock that is sure to sell to those who want some pop music to listen to besides Taylor Swift.
