Joe-El Sonnier: Evangeline Special
Continuing my focus on artists who died in 2024, today I present a song by Joe-El Sonnier. Sonnier was a Cajun accordionist and a master of the style, as well as a Top 40 country in the ’80s. He died on January 13, 2024. Cajun music is about as joyous as music gets. Laissez les bons temps rouler!
