Feather in the Cracks
When I started doing my Photo the Day posts, it was simply a way to show some images of our garden that I thought might bring some joy to whoever visited. I never thought I would do these posts for this long, but now I am finding that I have a newfound interest in finding beauty in the small things that most, including me, tend to ignore as we walk through our lives. Today was a great example, as I found myself hanging out in a parking lot for a while. This week’s photos will focus on some of what I found, starting with this small feather that found itself sitting in a crack in the pavement. I’ve also included a song by Ms. Faux’s favorite band.

Educate me. What is the main symbolism they represent?

For me, a huge white feather appeared in my path when I was taking a walk in the park one day. It wasn’t like an ordinary feather. A sign that I was on the right path. It was what was needed for me at the time. Also I believe it can signify loved ones crossed over visiting us or sending a message
