Warren Wolf: Skating

Sunday is jazz day and this is a Holiday edition. If you know my jazz posts, you know that I love songs that feature the vibraphone. One of the most important vibe players recording today is Warren Wolf. You can check out my post from a few days ago to read my thoughts on how all artists should release a holiday album, and Wolf did this exact thing when he released Christmas Vibes in 2020. It was only his fifth release, and I can say with some assurance that he recorded this album in order to always have a source for gigs and revenue during the holidays. This entire album is gorgeous and a wonderful showcase for my favorite jazz instrument.
